Analog Cuvee
A név mögött zenei stílusok házasítása rejlik, Pozsi és Basic kooperációjának köszönhetően. A két zenész ismerhető már az általuk kreált tévés főcímzenék révén, teltházas bulik házigazdáiként, számos zenekari együttműködésből. A 2011-ben megjelent saját anyaguk székely, moldvai, erdélyi modorú népzenék alapjaira épülő, elektronikus köntösbe bújtatott zenék gyűjteménye. A 10 dal olyan közreműködőkkel került felvételre, mint Balogh Kálmán cimbalom-művész, Bonkáló Éva népdalénekes, Krsa, az Animal Cannibals, Sub Bass Monster, BeatBox Döme, Salamon Beáta, Magyar Bori, vagy a Balkan Fanatik. A Kerekes Band Csángó Boogie című slágerére is készült egy remix, mely szintén helyet kapott a lemezen. A lemezen hallható a Magyar Televízió népi motívumokból felépített arculatának zenéje is, mely ugyancsak Pozsiék alkotása

Digital Cuvée, a remix album

MI A REMIX ÉS MI A MASHUP?

Mind a remix, mind a mashup olyan alkotás amikor a producerek más művészek dalait dolgozzák át, értelmezik újra.

A remix esetében az alkotó a saját zenei megoldásait, hangszerelését használja. Mashup készítéskor pedig a több már létező művet kever össze a producer, gyakran az egyik dal éneksávját helyezik rá egy másik dal zenei alapjára és így születik egy új dal, de léteznek akár 20-30 dal felhasználásával készült mashupok is.

A remix, mashup kultúra a 2000-es évek eleje óta hódít, elsősorban az Internet segítségével, de sokan mára már a zenei élet következő nagy forradalmának tartják, hiszen gyakorlatilag bárki akinek van egy számítógépe, internetkapcsolata és elegendő tehetsége gyakorlatilag órák alatt komoly nemzetközi figyelmet szerezhet.

Analog Cuvée
The concept of Pozsi and Basic’s project is to mix folk music with electronic music. They made name for themselves earlier with previous musical collaborations, creating the audio elements of the Hungarian National TV and hosting partes all over the country. Their own material with Hungarian, Transilvanian and Moldavian folk music influences with modern electronic beats was released in 2011. 10 song were recorded with artists like Balogh Kálmán dulcimer artist, Bonkáló Éva folk singer, Krsa, Animal Cannibals, Sub Bass Monster, BeatBox Döme, Salamon Beáta, Magyar Bori or Balkan Fanatik. For the album they also remixed Kerekes Band’s Csángó Boogie. Plus the well known melodies of the Hungarian National TV been also used on the Analog Cuvée album.

Digital Cuvée, the remix album
The debut LP of Analog Cuvée was reworked by the creative gang of AudioPorn Central. Every album track was remixed or mashed by the AudioPorn All Stars for the brand new Digital Cuvée project. LISTEN and DOWNLOAD HERE!

WHAT IS A REMIX AND WHAT IS A MASHUP?

In both cases the producers are using other artist’s music to create something new.

For a remix the producer uses his own sound and music solutions. For a mashup the producer uses two or more already released music created by someone else, most often the vocals of one song are being blended with the instrumental of an another song and the result is a third brand new song. But there are mashups with 20-30 source tracks.

The remix, mashup culture started to take off about 2003-2004, mainly on music sites, forums and blogs. Today many experts say, it is the new revolution in music. Since anybody with a computer, Internet connection and musical talent can get worldwide attention in few hours.
